1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Feel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or this website.

These terms apply to the Feel iOS app, its home screen widget, and the website at feelweather.app.

2. Description of Service

Feel is a weather application that translates meteorological data from Apple WeatherKit into human, sensory-led descriptions — focused on how conditions actually feel, not just numbers.

The app lets you save favorite cities, customize display preferences, share weather cards, and view forecasts through the main app and an optional widget. Some features may be added or changed over time as the product evolves.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Feel. By using the application you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. To use Feel, you also confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of the service does not violate any applicable laws
• Any information you provide is accurate and up to date

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, weather descriptions, and underlying technology within Feel are the exclusive property of Feel and its licensors, except for weather data and attribution provided by Apple WeatherKit.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Feel's content or branding without express written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Feel application. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the app
• Using the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the service
• Scraping or harvesting data from the application
• Impersonating any person or entity

6. Weather Data Accuracy

Weather data in Feel is sourced from Apple WeatherKit. While we strive to present accurate and timely information, Feel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather data or sensory descriptions.

Weather conditions can change rapidly. Do not rely solely on Feel for safety-critical decisions such as travel in severe weather, outdoor work in extreme conditions, or emergency planning.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Feel may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription features in the future. If and when available, purchases will be processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Subscriptions, if offered, will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Feel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Feel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the application, including decisions made based on weather information displayed in the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application or website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes take effect.
